Store Preparation: Counters and Flyers

Today we confirmed our counter placement. Before we started plotting out and installing the fixtures adjacent to the counter, we ensured that once the counters are installed, our cash register area will meet accessibility standards.
Since we purchased our display cases from another small business, we also have to modify one of them. The cases were used in a different layout in their previous home and our front register counter is currently at two different heights as a result.
Lunch today was from our neighbors down the street at China Lin! Not only was their sesame chicken great, but the ice cold drink that came with it was a huge help in beating the heat. This was especially important because we disassembled and cleaned our AC unit today, too.
Finally, we picked up our new flyers from the printer. Look for them at our regional conventions as well as throughout the Pittsburgh area in the coming weeks!
